The final installment Read 2 Succeed Series concludes with a visit from the author of our fall selection, Hunger of Memory: the Education of Richard Rodriguez. He will talk about his book and his life, as well as sign books for participants. See you there!

Get ready for our Open Poetry Performance happening on Thursday, November 8th from 12:50 to 1:50pm.

Do you have a poem that 3-5 minutes long that you want to read? Bring it with you and sign up to read! Sign ups are happening the day of the event, from 12:00 to 12:30pm. If you're still not sure of what you'd like to read, we have a great selection of poetry available for loan next to the entrance of the library. Hope to see you there!

Our discussion of Richard Rodriguez's book Hunger of Memory continues October 25th in CSS 217 from 12:50 to 1:50 pm. If you haven't gotten a copy of the book yet, copies are available at the library, or for purchase at the Norco College Bookstore. We hope to see you there!
